Michael Khali Rui is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse range of experiences across various industries. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accountancy, he is a Certified Public Accountant. With an impressive 19 years of experience, Michael has held numerous management and senior positions in industries such as mining, manufacturing, merchandising, petroleum, agriculture, hospitality, transportation, and professional services. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Handy Finance in both Papua New Guinea and Fiji, where he brings his expertise to financial matters. In addition, he holds the position of Managing Director at Rainbow Lodge and serves as a Director at EM Construct Ltd. With his extensive knowledge and diverse skill set, Michael Khali Rui is a valuable asset in the business world.
Mr Thomas Dara
Director
Mr Dara is a Company Director and has 39 years experience working in the Public Sector as Finance Manager and Senior Finance Examiner. He is a member of the PNG Institute of Company Director and a business entrepreneur in PNG.
Mr Ismael Nelson
Director
Mr. Ismael Nelson has a solid educational background to complement his diverse and progressive career in the financial and business sectors. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, which provides him with a strong foundation in the field. Additionally, he has obtained a Certified Transcript in Business Economics, further enhancing his knowledge and understanding of economic principles within the context of business. Combining his educational qualifications with his professional experience, Mr. Nelson's expertise extends across various areas such as lending practices, credit analysis, operations management, strategic direction, and business development. This well-rounded background allows him to bring valuable insights and skills to his roles, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations he has been associated with, including the Bank of South Pacific, Handy Finance, and his current position as Business Development Manager at Civil Contractors Pacific Limited.
Mr Jesse Mano
Director
Mr Jesse Mano is an experienced executive and director with 10+ years’ experience in the finance and real estate industry. He was appointed to the Handy Group Limited Board in May 2008. He has a Masters in Business, specializing in Professional Accounting from Australia’s leading university, Victoria University in Melbourne. Currently serve in various boards in PNG, Fiji and Australia as board of Directors. Also member of PNG Institute of Directors, Australian Institute of Company Directors and Associate CPA Australia.
Ms Joyce Mano
Director
Miss Mano is the Country Executive Director of Handy Finance Limited (Fiji & PNG). She holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of South Pacific and a Bachelor in Law from the University of Papua New Guinea. With over ten 10+ years of professional and business experiences in PNG and Overseas, she is also an Entrepreneur in PNG and Overseas.

Mr Kumar is the Chief Executive Officer and Handy Finance Limited company secretary, responsible for the day-to-day operational activities for the Company across PNG and the offices in Fiji. He joined Handy Finance in 2012 as General Manager and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2022. With some 29 year’s work experiences in accounting and Finance industry, he has worked in FIJI for over 35 years and holds a Master of Business Administrations MBA from Fiji National University.

Prior to this role, he held positions as a Risk and Compliance Officer and a Recoveries Officer with Handy Finance Limited. Bisiape Paul's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management with a major in Management, which he obtained from the University of Papua New Guinea. Additionally, Bisiape Paul is a member of the CPAPNG as a RAT Category member and has acquired a Certificate in Financial Literacy Trainers from the Bank of Papua New Guinea.
