Handy Finance is leading the way and we want to thank you Handy Group Ltd for your continued support for the past two years, he said. Yawari added that it was certainly a timely boost but it will go a long way. It was a short notice we did the letter and as a Southern Highlands company, you are sponsoring NSBL and we are so grateful, he said.
This is like you are doing for your youths back in the rural villages back in Southern Highlands and I commend Handy Group for the support. Yawari said for Handy Group to continue supporting sports apart from basketball and rugby league (Mendi Muruks rugby league franchise club) shows how committed the company is towards its social obligations and responsibilities.
It is one of the biggest events ever and I urge other corporate companies and individuals to also step in and back the tournament in Lae for the first time, Yawari said.
